 Talent Poole represents non-union voice, print, and on-camera talent. The business was successful but it needed to evaluate its services and develop a more focused marketing strategy.We helped Talent Poole analyze its revenue and prioritize its targets, and then we developed a brand essence that allowed the company to connect emotionally with those targets: casting agents, advertising agencies, marketers, production companies, and independent producers. The new brand essence enabled Talent Poole to articulate its capabilities and to create stronger relationships with its targets. Its revenues have tripled, and the agency continues to grow and expand its offerings.
