Key Surgical Rebranding Project
Key Surgical, a supplier of medical and surgical equipment, was founded in 1988 by a group of former nurses. After the company was purchased in 2005, its new owners wanted to market the business more aggressively without sacrificing the company’s fun internal culture or its reputation for great customer service. For branding and marketing help during this time of transition, they turned to Kazoo.
We helped Key Surgical rebrand themselves with a new corporate identity, attention-getting marketing materials, and a bold business strategy. The most vital elements were an upscale catalog and a user-friendly website designed to demonstrate the breadth of the company’s product line and to make ordering as easy and convenient as possible.
The new logo, identity system, catalog, and website are funky as well as functional. Customers adore the new online ordering function, and sales reps love having an arsenal of eye-catching selling tools at their disposal. The clean new look set the scene for an era of unprecedented growth and expansion, enabling Key Surgical to capture market share and enhance its reputation for service and approachability.
